About Image Loft

Image Loft began life in 2006 as a way to make it easier for companies and PRs to generate press coverage by:

• Reducing the huge amount of time PRs spent sending out images and writing caption information to send to journalists.
• Making it easier for journalists to get everything they need to write their articles.

Image Loft does this with its three services:

• Image Loft: Add high res images to the Image Library so they are available to download by thousands of journalists to feature in their articles. Companies / PRs receive a download notification each time a journalist downloads an image, allowing them to track future press coverage.
• Release Loft: PRs upload press releases and these are emailed to the journalists on the database. Journalists are then able to click on the links to download the high res images directly.
• Request Loft: Receive requests from journalists for images, expert testimonials and competition prizes.

The first site to launch was for Interiors PRs and Journalists – then after whirlwind success in this sector, three other sites were launched in Mens Interest, Fashion and Health & Beauty.

Now Image Loft has over 700 registered companies with more than 14,000 images and press releases.

In its first two years it has helped PRs and Companies to generate an estimated 20,000 pieces of coverage.
